Kim popped in for a cup of tea and a tour of the Centre. Physiotherapist Karen showed Kim the fantastic gym and hydrotherapy pool and spoke about the classes and treatments on offer. As part of Back Care awareness week, Karen also shared some top tips for a healthy back.
